Q9.Are DEPO"s AM autolamps reliable?

We have several products which are CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association) approved. The CAPA standard specifications include dimensional checks, composition, appearance, coating performance, mechanical properties, photometric performance, electrical performance, aiming performance, and compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108, which implemented by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration.

Q10.Do you offer a warranty? What should I do if I purchased defective lamp?

Generally speaking, if there has any defective features on our lamps, please contact the vendor in which you purchased the lights from and get the replacement. The vendor will report to DEPO to file the customer complain form.
